Madison Truck Equipment, Inc. (MTE) was founded and incorporated on February 16, 1961 in Madison, Wisconsin. Since that time, the company has only changed hands three times to its current owner Michael P. Dwyer. MTE has always been based in Madison, Wisconsin.
The past 52 years have seen many changes and MTE has demonstrated craftsmanship that has retained customers through the highest peaks and lowest valleys in our nation’s economic history. With many employees who have been with the company for decades, quality has been the unspoken trademark sustaining the company.
